1 - The apartment must be occupied at the Check-in hour: 3:00PM and has to be leave at the Check-out hour: 11:00 AM.

2 - A payment of 20% of the total is required in order to hold the apartment. The amount can be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card.

3 - The prices per month are going to be given upon request. It is also possible book an apartment for longer periods.

4 - In case of one month rent a month deposit will be asked, with the purpose to discount the utilities over the bill received and to cover any eventual damage to the apartment which has to be returned in the same conditions as delivered at the beginning. The remaining will be return by transfer to your bank accountt.

5 - The apartments are fully furnished and any broken, loss or damage of appliances will be subtracted from the deposit.

6 - You must check the availability with our agents before you place an order. We will only Guaranty the booking of the apartment after the payment of the deposit. The availability of the apartment changes every day, so it is necessary to contact us by e-mail or phones to assure the days.

7 - We are not responsible of any property lost or for items forgotten in the apartments.

8 - The deposit will not be returned in case you decide to not use the apartment booked. You agree to not get the deposit back. You must be sure before you book an apartment.

9 - Reservations will be held for 48 hours before a payment is needed. At that time, you must have the deposit paid by Credit Card or Bank Transfer if you want to book the apartment. You must leave also your credit card number as a warranty until you pay the total amount of the due.

10 - During office hours the keys will available for you to pick up. The payment of the rest of the days by cash, Credit Card or traveler checks is required at the moment of the keys are handed over. In case that you arrive during the night, weekends, or non office hours, you will get directions (depending of the apartment location) to get the keys or a person will wait for you at an extra charge.

11 - If you arrive before the check-in time or leave before the check out hour, you will need to coordinate your arrival with the administrador.

12 - Only one pair of key will be given per apartment if you need a second or third pair of key you must advise before your arrival time and an extra charge will be apply.
